Guide to Activities in Fuengirola and Los Boliches

Casa Agnethe is in the middle of “everything” on Costa del Sol. There are endless beaches, but beyond them, there is a lot to do and see here. We are sharing our favorite places to visit in Fuengirola and Los Boliches. If you need a vacation home nearby these activities we would recommend that you take a look at Casa Alise with 4-6 beds and Casa Agnethe with enough space for 10 people.

Biopark Zoo - Fuengirola

BioParc Fuengirola is a zoo, and a breeding center for endangered animals. It is located in the heart of Fuengirola. 

It might be small, but it is home to a diverse group of animals. Kids will love all the baby animals that roam the zoo. See more and order tickets at the Bioparc website.

Adventure Golf

The mini-golf course along the river in Fuengirola is another place to consider bringing the whole family. It’s a nineteen-hole course complete with a bar restaurant!

Hours are from 12 pm to 10 pm in July and August, but they vary slightly throughout the year. Confirm hours and rates on Adventure golfs website.

Mini Train City Tour

If you’re staying in Fuengirola for several days, consider getting your bearings around the city on a little red train! The miniature train is hop-on, hop-off style, so you can see the city at your leisure. Perfect for the kids! Take a closer look at the Fuengirola city tour website.

Dolphin Spotting

Take to the waters in one of the dolphin boats that depart from Fuengirola’s port and try your luck at seeing some of the most beautiful creatures in the sea. You will also enjoy the boat ride with stunning views, the bar, seating, and shade. 

Go Karting

Located on the rooftop of Miramar Center on the outskirts of Fuengirola, the Kart track is an exhilarating experience to counter the lazy afternoons spent at the beach. Sit down, buckle up, and put the pedal to the metal as you whip around the curvy track! Karting experience website.

Costa Water Park

Located at five different places along the beach, three of them being in Fuengirola, this park on the water is a great activity for the kids and even the parents! Open in the summer months from June to September, the inflatable park is well-maintained and is kept jellyfish-free by large underwater nets if necessary. 

You can find the three waterparks at Playa Fuengirola, Los Boliches, and Carvajal.

Parque Acuatico Mijas water park (Aquamijas)

This park, also known as Aquamijas, has five water slides – three for older children and two for younger children. You can also play mini golf, climb on the climbing wall, or relax in a jacuzzi. The park has restaurants with drinks and food as well. Book tickets at the Aquamijas website.

Parasailing Fuengirola

Sitting comfortably and securely tethered to a boat, you can fly off supported by a huge parachute, with the Mediterranean Sea below and the most beautiful views of Fuengirola. The flight lasts about 10 minutes and up to 6 people can go up together.

Aqualand Torremolinos water park

The oldest and largest water park in the Málaga province is located in Torremolinos, about a 10-minute drive from Fuengirola. Many activities, including 10 slides for adults and 15 for children. See more at the Aqualand website.

Shopping at Miramar

Miramar is one of the largest shopping centers in the south of Spain. The center has a lot of various shops and even a go-kart center on the roof. See more at the Miramar website.

Aventura Amazonia Marbella

If you feel like challenging yourselves, this climbing park is a perfect activity for all ages. It is located a 15-minute drive from Fuengirola, towards Marbella. Great fun for kids and adults. Book tickets and check available times at the Aventura Amazonia website.

Selwo Aventura Zoo

If you feel like traveling a bit, we recommend visiting this large outdoor Zoo. It is located a 40-minute drive from Fuengirola. There are a lot of animals to see here, several restaurants and a large zip-line. Book tickets and see opening times at the Selwo Aventura website.
